Our Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided items are in their original, unused, unworn condition with all original packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us first at wingedfootsteps@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back to the manufacturer or fulfillment partner — all returns must be sent directly to us:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
EU Consumers
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason. Custom or personalized items are exempt from this right under EU consumer law.
